Two friends and I enrolled in a VR development challenge during winter of our senior years at MIT. We were all interested in video games and music, so we thought it would be fun to build a rhythm game. In Trace, there are three channels of incoming gems synced to the music, each having their own game mechanics. The focused track switched along with section changes in the music. For this project, I composed and produced the music, as well as wrote the gem synchonization and creation code, made the the level editor, and created the levels themselves.
